These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern all sales made on the website https://www.wheellow.com (hereinafter "the Site"), published by Dorian Rastello, micro-entrepreneur.

2. Products

Wheellow sells spare parts, accessories, equipment, and helmets for electric scooters. Product descriptions are provided with the greatest possible accuracy.

Photographs are indicative and may show slight variations depending on screens.

3. Prices and Currencies

Prices displayed on the Site are offered in all currencies supported by Shopify. Customers can select their preferred currency.

The final transaction is always charged in EUR (€), according to Shopify’s operation, with automatic conversion based on the current rate.

4. Order

The order is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Any order placed on the Site constitutes unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

Wheellow reserves the right to refuse any order in case of suspected fraud or payment issues.

6.3 Free Shipping

Free shipping from €100 purchase — only in Europe.

6.5 Receipt

It is the customer's responsibility to check the package upon receipt. Any anomaly (opened package, damaged product, etc.) must be reported within 48 hours to the carrier and Wheellow.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the law, the customer has a 14-day period to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Products must be:

• unused
• unassembled
• ideally in the original packaging

Return costs are the customer’s responsibility if the reason for return is not due to a Wheellow error (e.g., compatibility issue due to misreading the product page).

8. Non-Returnable Products

The following products may be refused upon return if used:

• parts already assembled or damaged by the customer
• products improperly installed

9. Warranty

Wheellow applies only the statutory 2-year conformity warranty (articles L217-4 and following of the Consumer Code).

Consumables (inner tubes, tires, brake pads, etc.) undergo normal wear and are only guaranteed in case of a clear defect upon receipt.

10. Liability

Wheellow cannot be held responsible for:

• incorrect assembly performed by the customer
• damage related to misuse of the scooter
• incompatibility if the product page was not properly read

11. Personal Data

Data processing is described in Wheellow's Privacy Policy.

12. Force Majeure

Wheellow cannot be held liable in case of unforeseeable events making contract execution impossible (strike, natural disaster, pandemic, etc.).

13. Mediation – Disputes

In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.

Competent Court
